Nishabd - Music Review

I just happened to grab the soundtrack for Nishabd.

Quite pleasingly, there are only two tracks in this album and that makes it perfect for the storyline.

Rozaana - I do not have enough words to express how this song will make your emotions quiver. Amitabh Bachchan does it again. The guts in his vocals will leave any singer's notes, shaking. I had goose flesh, when he strung the high note in the song. Composed by Vishal Bhardwaj, beautifully written by Munna Dhiman, this song will give others their run for the top of the charts. The lyrics flow with the everyday emotions of anyone who has been in love atleast once in lifetime. Amazing track with nice guitar work.

Take lite - Not only does this movie has just two tracks, but each is sung by the lead actors in this movie. Although, I like this song, there is nothing really special about this one. It is just another typical bollywood/hiphopish song, a good club themed track. Perhaps, the video would be more of an eye candy, than what its heavy strums would do to your ears. Jiah Khan makes an impressive debut with her vocals on this composition put together by Amar Mohile.

With Rozaana, being a must-listen track, the album gets my 5 stars !

Re: Nishabd - Music Review

Rozana song is awesome! I guess this movie should be another award winning role for Big B...
I just hope RGV makes a sensible movie.

Re: Nishabd - Music Review

I have not heard the music yet, but i don';t know, i didn't expect a b to do such a role, and come with a young girl, not my type of guy.
