User Music Review: Bhagam Bhag

So, it speaks but, does it run? Ohhh yeah, it sure does.
The title wards me off making me feel that it is going to be a crazy/silly ride. I do not think I'd bother to go all the way to the movies to see this. I'd imagin this to be an illogical comedy to laugh silly in my cozy couch but, may not be worth a 30 mile drive, but hey, the racy Pritam album is worth twisting a foot and more. Will change my mind and drive if, you guys insist after watching it.
So, here is what he fed into my ears.
Tere bin - Starts with jungle beats reminded me of the song "Mujhko tumhare jaise yaar chahiye" (Tarzan), but soon went into the stylish romantic tune. The transition between the crunchy and jungle style beats is nice.
Sung by Kunal Ganjawala, Shreya Ghosal and Sunidhi Chauhan. Kunal has a glaze of sadness in his voice, no matter what type of song he is pouring his voice onto. I wouldn't have minded not having the namesake angrezi lyrics in the song, but *sigh*, we can't seem to be able to live without'em these days. Goes on thrice in the album with a reprise and a remix, strictly OK. I ain't a big fan of remixes.
Signal - High on the ride, lets get the carnival started. Beats galore, this racy track is perfect for a shake-all-you-got. Remo and Suzanne jump all around the song. Remo Fernandes was always a unique stone in the bay. His energy remains with you long after the song ends. It did not need a remix, but then again, it's moi !
Aa khushi se - Sung by Sunidhi Chauhan, one of the mundane tracks. To think that I would have something to say about this song! It sounds like a gazillion other Sunidhi's songs.
Bhagam Bhag - Hey babu hey babu chahiye zamana kaisa - Jai Jai money anyone? Very much from the Pritam home resort. He sticks to his original self with Neeraj Shridhar on the vocals. I would imagin this being in the background while all 'n' sundry are on the race track in the movie. Dunno! A cool song, thrown in thrice in the album with the Press play mix by Nikhil Chinnapa and DJ Nawed being saucy and the one with DJ Phukan reggae-ish.
Afreen - No comparision between Nusrat's Afreen and this. A Techno-Opera mix, I found it very noisy. Sinful and ghostly at times, this completely lost track may not appeal anyone. Sunidhi Chauhan and Kay Kay on the honors with this one, and I skipped to the next song after the first few seconds of the remix played.
Run Run Run (Chal ud Chale) - Raciest of all the tracks, I'd race with a bike and my wild imaginations in foggy moutains.
Nice punchy track sung by Jojo and Sohail Kaul, leaves you with quite a gasp.
Gets my *** stars. Let me know how the movie shakes you up. It brings back Govinda from the slumber, could be worth a look.

Bhagam Bhag - hmm have not
Bhagam Bhag - hmm have not heard the songs yet. Right now I am busy listening only to Guru and Salaam-e-Ishq. They are too good. Maybe after your review I'll go n get this one too. Nice review!
[...] Apart from a few dull
[...] Apart from a few dull moments the movie has great pace. There are just three songs in the movie which is a good thing. One of our users reviewed the music sometime back, and I must say I like them more, now that I have seen the movie. Another pat on the back for Pritam. [...]
