Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi - Anushka Sharma is SRK's Simran
Some girl had got to get lucky when Aditya Chopra started looking for his Simran for SRK starrer Rab De Ne Bana Di Jodi. But even the girl in question would not have imagined that the search would end with her to portray someone who could embody the spirit of small town Punjab. Well, it's confirmed now that it's Bangalore girl Anushka Sharma. While she has no acting experience the demure looking model has done campaigns for Silk & Shine, Whisper and Fiat Palio.
Aditya Chopra is returning to direction after a long hiatus. With Yash Raj Films' latest movies flopping badly at box-office, it's high time he leads from the front. However, the big question is will the audience accept a 43 year old SRK romancing a 19 year old?

I've heard that NBC's "To Catch a Predator" has put in some money in the movie and towards the climax when SRK is about to kiss the girl, Chris Hanson will make an appearance and ask uncomfortable questions.....and SRK will stutter like always and say....."main to yahan mentor ki tarah aaya tha and also to make sure that this little girl doesn't get exploited".....Although the title should have been Craigslist ne bana di jodi.....
I think this movie is for a social cause and we should all support it....(by not watching it)

first absr now srk. jiah khan gets them all. buuura aahhh. by the way don't get the champaign out yet just because it is made by aditya chopra does not mean crap. his mohobatten was the most overrated boring film i had seen. the chopras are on a crap streak and from the looks of their future ones they all look like ripoffs: (thoda magic thoda pyar copy of mary poppins and hum hain rahi pyar ke and bach rehena hai haseeno: possible copy of dil maange more. the chopras are in deep trouble. this lady has no acting skills and does not look all that. should have gone with sonam kapoor. tells a lot about that.
