Music Added: Race and Super Star

Abbas Mastan have rarely faltered when it comes to music. A glance at their previous movies is good enough to realize that. Khiladi, Baazigar, Daraar, Soldier, Baadshah, Chori Chori Chupke Chupke, Ajnabee, Humraaz, Aitraaz and 36 China Town all had good soundtrack. So, you can see that except for Taarzan and their last release Naqaab, they have been quite successful, at least, with the music of their movies. Their latest offering is Race starring Saif Ali Khan, Akshaye Khanna, Anil Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Bipasha Basu and Sameera Reddy. Music is by Pritam Chakraborty who had a good run with Life In A Metro, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Darling and Jab We Met in 2007. "Race hai saanson ki..." is easily the best track of the album, which has a "Dhoom"ish feel written all over it. The title song is really very catchy and "Pheli Nazar Mein..." is a typical Atif Aslam number. Listen to the songs of Race here and feel free to write your review.

The other album, Super Star is Rohit Jugraj's second attempt after the miserable James. It stars Kunal Khemu and Tulip Joshi. Music is by Shamir (Page 3, Corporate) Tandon and Abhijit Vaghani. "Ajnabi khwab mein..." by Raaj, "Mann tu talbat..." by Hamza and Adnan Sami's "Don't I love..." are quite hummable. Definitely deserve repeat hearing. Listen to the songs of Super Star here.
