Re: Awards Poll - Part 4: Best Debut and Best Music

Well, as you said, when it comes to the Best Debut (Male), no one is even close to Ranbir Kapoor, as the intensity & energy with which he exuded his role was simply flawless & electrifying.. I mean despite Saawariya being his first screen appearance, he was so calm and composed right from the first frame.. SIMPLY MAJESTIC.. After Prithviraj n Shammi Kapoor, someone from the Kapoor family has finally arrived to give the other actors a run for their money... As far as Best Music is concerned, i think Himesh did a terrific job in "Namastey London".. I mean all his compositions were quite a treat for the ears.. I luv "rafta rafta", "Ye Veeraniyan" and "Main Jahan rahoon".. I also liked TZP and Saawariya's music.. Something really unconventional and out of the box..

But in Best Debut (Female), i think Sonam Kapoor was much much better than Deepika Padukone... so my vote goes for Ranbir, Sonam and Himesh...
