Music Added: Dhol and Victoria No. 203 - Write your review...
We have now added songs of Dhol and Victoria No. 203. Priyadarshan directs another comedy Dhol starring Sharman Joshi, Tusshar Kapoor, Kunal Khemu, Tanushree Datta and Rajpal Yadav. Music is by Preetam. Golmaal, anyone?
The second movie Victoria No. 203 is a remake of the old superhit comedy. Om Puri and Anupam Kher do Rana-Raja (done by Ashok Kumar and Pran in the original) while Sonia Mehra (Vinod Mehra's daughter) makes her debut in Saira Banu's role and Jimmy Shergill steps into Naveen Nischol's shoes. Music is by Himesh Reshammiya and Viju Shah. Produced by Kamal Sadanah (remember Bekhudi?) this one is directed by Anant Mahadevan, whose Aggar was featured in my previous post.

Looks interesting. A not-so-publicized remake - from within the family (Sadanah senior was involved in the original Victoria 203)..Kamal Sadanah is best remembered for his debut opposite Kajol in Bekhudi, not so much afterwards. I am hoping his production debut sustains. Jimmy Shergill's performance is something to wait for - especially after Haasil and Yahan. The guy was wonderful in both, but went un-noticed.
