Shyamalan’s latest: The Happening !!

Shyamalan was at the zenith of his filmmaking phase when he came up with the Bruce Willis starrer “The Sixth Sense”. Sadly for him things did not really take off with the same popularity later on, the last bummer being “Lady in the water” for which he was at least quite a rage at the year’s Razzies!

Nonetheless, there is absolutely no stopping this guy and now he is busy with his next project called “The Happening” for which Mark Wahlberg has been roped in for the role of Elliot Moore who shall save himself and his family from a natural crisis in which the aliens take control of the vegetation and animals of the earth in order to take over the planet. This 20^th Century and UTV production will be releasing in the summer of 2008.

This time with the plantations unleashing a wild side, we are hoping that it makes a lot ‘happen’ on Shyamalan’s side too!!!
