First Look: Eklavya

Eklavya marks the return of Vidhu Vinod Chopra, who directs after a hiatus of seven years. It is a contemporary, edge-of-the-seat dramatic action thriller with a stellar ensemble cast – Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Saif Ali Khan, Vidya Balan, Boman Irani, Jackie Shroff, Jimmy Shergill, Raima Sen and Sharmila Tagore.

About: Contemporary India. A majestic fort. A royal dynasty that no longer rules. A king without a kingdom. Framed in the imperial era of Rajasthan, the movie bears an intense tagline – "the fire that heals". It depicts the life of the royal guard, Eklavya (played by Amitabh Bachchan) and how he trains from sunrise to sunset to protect the Kings of Devigarh.
