Is it right to be wrong? Or is it wrong to be right? One man wanted an answer. That's the punchline of RGV's latest offering, Shiva. Or pick a side of love crash in this season! That's Pyaar Ke Side Effects for you.
Shiva
Ram Gopal Varma’s current favorite Mohit Alawat, plays the title role of a policeman. Shiva is not a remake of Alawat's debut film James or Ramu's debut film Shiva. But I hope this new Shiva creates same magic with his belt as Nagarjuna did with the cycle chain. But in terms of story, it reminds more of RGV’s Shool where Manoj Bajpai played an idealistic cop. Nisha Kothari plays a journalist in this film. While she makes a dialogue that is often repeated in many Hindi films saying that "ek aadmi ke aisa sochne se kuch farak nahi padega", Mohit gives her a crisp reply saying "baat ek ki nahi, baat soch ki hai". That’s shot-execution, the Ramu style! Here's a teaser for you.
Pyaar Ke Side Effects
Watch Rahul Bose panic when Mallika Sherawat proposes marriage in the middle of a India-Australia cricket match. Marriage is different? That's polite, marriage is MARRIAGE. It's wrong, it's terrifying, it's for somebody else, not him! Mallika Sherawat and Rahul Bose sound a couple as diverse as chalk and cheese. The two actors come from different sensibilities. While Bose is known to play matured kind of roles, Mallika has maintained the seductress siren image till date. They are in love. They are different. They are a recipe for disaster!
Music of PKSE is rocking! It's all funk, masti and dhoom. Pritam is in full form yet again. Hard core punjabi hip hop 'Pyar Karke', western 'Dil tod ke na ja', funky 'Bad boy' make PKSE a complete entertainer. Watch trailer below.

Both movies don't really
Both movies don't really appeal, especially PKSE... looks like shoddy attempt by Rahul Bose to enter mainstream cinema, will have to watch to prove myself wrong.
oh I am watching it :)

Rahu Bose is not making no
Rahu Bose is not making no desperate attempt. He was quite likeable in Jhankar Beats too, besides his other "arty" flicks.
